This is music from people who came to a new world and brought a piece of their old life with them, African, Irish, eastern Europeans, etc. This is music from native Americans. All these rhythms and sounds intermingled and formed music that is distinctly American. Celebrate the diversity that is American music, from blues, country western, folk ballads, and gospel.
